Online coaching is a service for a limited number of people. We communicate on a weekly basis to constantly check your progress and make sure that the plan is on track and you are progressing towards your goal.
WHAT INCLUDES:
Flexible Nutritional Menu
Each week you will have specific foods and quantities in your menu.
Workout program
Exact plan for the days you will train, which exercises you will do, how many repetitions, in which order and how much rest depending on your physical condition.
Weekly CheckIn
Each week in the assessment we will check your progress based on your photos and your measurements.
Daily communication
For your questions, there is the possibility of daily communication via Viber/Instagram.
PLAN CUSTOMIZATION
Each week in the evaluation we will judge if changes to the program/plan are needed.
