The workout program is a Service that includes:
- Detailed training program adapted to your needs and your everyday life
- Exercises/sets/reps/speed for each workout
- Guidelines for progress each week
- Instructions for deload
- Workout program whether you work out at home with your own body weight or at the gym
Duration
The program will have progression instructions for 4-6 weeks. You will be able to repeat the program for 3-4-6-12 months in a row.
If you want to have continuous progress then you need a plan.
If you want to make progress and change your body, you should go into training with a clear plan and goal every time!
If you’re going to the gym without a plan then you’re definitely not getting the most out of your workout. The goal is to improve.
